Store bread at room temperature in a bees wax bread bag, an air tight container or sealable bag for ultimate longevity & best texture.Enjoy within 3 days.For longer storage, slice & freeze for up to 6 months, then toast to reheat

Freeze whole loaf. To reheat a whole uncut loaf run loaf underwater bake in a 400°F oven 10-20 mins. Use leftovers for croutons, breadcrumbs, or toast.


Scones are best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored for a few days or frozen for longer periods. To maintain freshness, store scones in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days or in the refrigerator for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze scones for up to several months. When reheating, warm them in the oven for best results.Freezing:
Wrap scones individually in plastic wrap and then place them in a freezer bag or container. Frozen scones can be stored for up to several months.
Reheating:
To reheat, warm scones in a preheated oven at 325°F (160°C) for about 5 minutes if frozen 12-14 minutes or microwave 1:30-2 minutes until warm.
If stored on counter top enjoy within (2) days. Refrigerate in an airtight container enjoy within 4-7 days.


Store in an airtight container at room temperature avoid the fridge. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months, thawing at room temp for an hour. Enjoy within 3-5 days.

To properly care for a beeswax bread bag, hand wash it inside out using cold water and mild soap, then air dry to avoid damaging the wax. Never use hot water, dishwashers, or microwaves, as heat will melt the wax.
